Toussaint L’Ouverture High School for Arts & Social Justice (TLHS) is overseen by a Board of Directors comprised of State Representative Mackenson Bernard (Chair),  526 24^th Street, West Palm Beach, FL , (561) 650-6880, Richard Champagne (Member), Ancy Louis (Member), and as Advising Members, the school Co-Founders, Dr. Diane Allerdyce, and Maj. Joseph M. Bernadel (US Army Ret.). Membership is open to the public, and anyone is welcome to nominate themself or another to serve on the Board.  TLHS's Board’s regular meetings are announced on the school’s web site on the home page. Anyone is welcome to call the school to obtain the dates and times of the next meeting or to file a grievance, place an item on the agenda, and/or attend the meetings.
