Please remember to bring your required documentation when enrolling. TLHS is required to collect specific documentation when enrolling students. Below you will find the documentation we require prior to enrolling your student:
For students who are already enrolled in Palm Beach County please provide the following information:
- Parent/Guardian State or Government Issued Identification
- Two (2) Utility Bills (not older than six (6) months old.)
For students who are from outside of Palm Beach County (including outside of the United States) please provide the following information:
- Parent/Guardian State or Government Issued Identification
- Two (2) Utility Bills (not older than six (6) months old.)
- Birth Certificate or Government Issued Identification
- Immunization and School Physical
- Transcript
